What is the difference between a 'Lifestyle' and 'Business' packages?
'Lifestyle' investments are for clients looking to use the content personally only, where as your 'Business' investments include the ability for clients to grant license for a 3rd party to use.
Are Consultations Required?
With the exception of Wedding clients, consultations are not required. Although, I do highly recommend scheduling.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. Session deposits are 50% of the proposal, and are due at the time of contract signing.
What is the turn around time for my images?
Standard turn around time is 7 to 14 days. Client galleries are edited in order of scheduled sessions. Expedite options are available for faster turn around.
Do you provide RAW images?
No. As a standard practice, I do not provide RAW images, with the SOLE exception for commercial clients.
How do I know if I am a commercial client?
Commercial clients are typically brands (individuals or otherwise) that have a full editing team, and are looking to purchase rights to the raw images. Unsure? Schedule a consultation and we can discuss!
What if I don't need all of the allotted time offered?
VK3 sessions are crafted in a way to maximize the value for the everyday person, along with the seasoned business or entrepreneur. They create great foundation to build from. It is up to the client should they choose not to use all of the allotted time. Session pricing will not be reduced if time is not used.
Do you provide event coverage?
Yes, both photo and video. Coverage is based on an hourly rate, with a minimum of two hours.
